The current numbers are transferred to Teams or the solution is implemented with new numbers. The connection to the public telephone network is provided as a service or through the customer's own AudioCodes environment.

Switch to Teams cloud-based switchboard
Vetonaula Oy is an IT service house of 17 experts, offering its customers high-quality IT services. The turnover is EUR 2.5 million and the company is financially sound.
In the spring of 2020, the main attraction replaced its long-serving SIP PBX with teams' cloud-based switchboard. Teams' connection to the telephone network was implemented as a GBC service offering SIP-trunk and Teams certified AudioCodes SBC.
"With Teams, we implemented all the necessary functions, for example, time-controlled response sets for ServiceDesk, sales and service desk," says Juuso Eskola at Vetonaula.
"At the same time, we wanted to exchange 09 numbers that are cheaper for our customers, which can be called at the date/mpm price. However, just in case, we also directed the old 010 numbers to the new service desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
